Non-Accredited Clinical Fellow Program – Terms of Reference

  1. As of November 1, 2016 the hospital funded royal college non accredited clinical (departmental) fellowship program will be supervised by the Program Director for high level administrative purpose which include their recruitment, credentialing, communication with PGME, HR office and CPSO.
  2. A faculty nominated by the Division Chair as Clinical Fellowship Director with a term of three years, will assist the Program Director in these tasks mentioned above as well as directly responsible for the clinical fellows for their orientation, scheduling, managing their rotations, evaluations including PEAP assessments and day to day administrative needs.
  3. Clinical Fellowship Director will be a corresponding member of the RPC and report to the Residency Program Committee at its regular meetings a summary of its deliberations and discussions, and to bring forward any recommendations requiring the input or approval of the Residency Program Committee.
  4.  The Clinical Fellowship Director submits quarterly report to the Residency Program Committee at the next regular meeting of the RPC.
